- Attach the luggage rack straps to the vehicle's roof bars or use the car clamps to attach the straps to mold the door frame of a vehicle.
- By using the car clamps that attach the straps to the door frame molding, it means that no strap crosses the interior of the vehicle.
- The kayak holder double-lock straps set the foam blocks to the bars or roof so that they do not move during transport.
- The same straps attach kayak to foam blocks for increased stability.
- Foam blocks have a V-shaped top to seat the kayak safely.
- Rubber protections protect the vehicle and kayak of metal loops on the straps.

Refund Policy
If you’re not satisfied with something you purchased from the online Boutique, you have 30 days from the day you received it to return it for a refund.
Items returned for refund must be in their original condition and packaging, with the invoice included. All parts must be included in the package.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable
Two options for returns
In-person returns
Take the item and your invoice to any of our 14 Travel Centres. A counsellor will refund or replace it for you right there.
Mail-in returns
- Complete the return form that came with your delivery. Call or email the Boutique team (see contact information below) to get a return slip. Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, and the slip will be emailed to you.
- Print the return slip. If you don’t have a printer, take the QR code we emailed you to a Canada Post branch.
- Put the item you don’t want in its original packaging with the completed form.
- Affix the Canada Post return slip to the package.
- Drop the package in a mailbox or a take it to a Canada Post collection point.
We will process your return within 5-10 business days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
It may take seven to ten days for the credit to appear on your account.
Return fees
There are no return fees for most items.
Special cases
Non-exchangeable and non-refundable products
Oversized products such as roof bar, car-top cargo boxes and bags, bicycle racks, carriers, and wastewater tanks are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
There was no return slip in the package
You won’t find a Canada Post return slip in the package if the delivery came directly from the supplier. You can get one by calling or emailing the Boutique using the contact information below. We’ll email it to you. Just print it out and affix it to your package.
Can’t get to a collection point to drop off the package
You can send the item by Purolator if you’re unable to take your package to a Canada Post mailbox or pickup location. Purolator will then pick it up at your home. Call or email the Boutique to get a new return slip.
