Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with something you purchased from the online Boutique, you have 15 days from the day you received it to return it for a refund.

Items returned for refund must be in their original condition and packaging, with the invoice included. All parts must be included in the package.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable

Two options for returns

In-person returns

Take the item and your invoice to any of our 14 Travel Centres. A counsellor will refund or replace it for you right there.

Mail-in returns

  1. Complete the return form that came with your delivery.
  2. Put the item you don’t want in its original packaging with the completed form.
  3. Affix the Canada Post return slip to the package. The return slip was sent at the same time as your order.
  4. Drop the package in a mailbox or a take it to a Canada Post collection point.

When we receive it, we will check that it meets the terms and conditions for return. If it does, your refund will be applied to your credit card, minus the shipping fees and any return fees. You will receive a confirmation email.

It may take seven to ten days for the credit to appear on your account.

Return fees

There are no return fees for most items, with a few exceptions.

A $50 fee, plus tax, will be applied to returns of Thule and SportRack brand car-top cargo boxes, bags, and carriers. The amount will be deducted from your refund. See “Special cases” below for more info.

Special cases

Returning a car-top cargo box, bag, or carrier

If you have to return one of these items from Thule or SportRack, a fee of $50, plus tax, will be deducted from your refund.

We ship these returns with Purolator because of their size. Call or email the Boutique using the contact information below to get the proper return slip. We’ll email it to you. Just print it out and affix it to the package. Then contact Purolator to schedule a pickup. They’ll come to your home to pick it up.

There was no return slip in the package

You won’t find a Canada Post return slip in the package if the delivery came directly from the supplier. You can get one by calling or emailing the Boutique using the contact information below. We’ll email it to you. Just print it out and affix it to your package.

Can’t get to a collection point to drop off the package

You can send the item by Purolator if you’re unable to take your package to a Canada Post mailbox or pickup location. Purolator will then pick it up at your home. Call or email the Boutique to get a new return slip.
