We ship with Nationex services. We also occasionally use Purolator. The pricing and delivery times below apply for shipping within the province of Quebec. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside Quebec. If you do not live in Quebec, please give us a call. We can look up your postal code and tell you if we deliver to your location and whether additional charges will apply. We can also take your order at that time, over the phone.  

Shipping time: Orders are currently being processed and delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, except on statutory holidays. Shipping may take longer when Nationex is handling a high volume of packages. Packages shipped by specialized carriers, such as roof boxes, as well as orders shipped directly by the supplier, are delivered within 3 to 8 business days.


Charges: 11.95 for orders under $75 before taxes.

Free standard shipping for orders of $75 or more.

Cartop carrier deliveries in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, North Shore, Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Nord-du-Québec, Outaouais and Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean: Additional oversize-item shipping and handling charges may apply. A sales advisor will contact you about those charges after you order.


You will generally receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be shipped. You can use the number provided to track your shipment on the Nationex website the evening of the first business day after your place your order.

If you don’t receive a tracking number (for example, if your order ships directly from the supplier), you can get one from the Boutique by phone or email using the contact information below.

If you’re not home when your delivery arrives and there’s no safe place to leave it, the carrier will leave a notice with the address for pickup or will try to deliver again later.

Cartop carrier orders: Cartop carriers need to be sent through a specialized shipper because of their size. The shipper will contact you directly to plan your delivery.


Ship to a Travel Centre

Shipping to any of our 13 Travel Centres is free 

Orders are currently being processed and delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

The Boutique will get in touch with you when your order arrives at the Travel Centre. The order will be held under your name until you come to pick it up. Go to the Boutique counter and tell them you’re there to pick up an online order.


Your package didn’t come

If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable period of time, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll check with our warehouse team and Nationex.

If there’s a problem, we’ll ask the carrier to do a search to find your package.

Time limit

Please let us know within 45 days of your order if you have any delivery issues, otherwise we will be unable to help.
