To return an item purchased online, it must be accompanied by the invoice, be in its original condition and packaging, and be returned no more than 10 business days following the delivery date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To return an item in person at a Travel Centre, you must supply the proof of purchase. Locate the Travel Centre nearest you.
